Abstract:

In literature, the impact of the political sphere on the economic sphere was studied, first of all, the level of democratization was taken into account by another expression of the type of political regime. But the lack of a clear judgment of the relationship between economic variables and democratization in literature has led to the study of the relations between political instability and economic variables. Political instability affects the objectives of the economic process policy, while a problem in the economic process can also challenge political instability. In this study, first the relationship between the type of political regime and economic performance was briefly studied and then the objectives of the political instability and economic process policy, growth, price stability, income distribution, external balance and full employment interaction mechanisms were tried to be revealed. The conclusion that political instability is an obstacle to the achievement of the objectives of the economic process policy has been achieved, especially in developing countries, has been strived to emphasize that the behavior of the different social groups in the direction of the political instability will be more positive in terms of national interests, in other words, in terms of social interests.
