The manufacturing companies are aware that the basic issues brought by the new production system depend on the equipment used in the production environment and therefore it is important that these equipments be used in the most efficient way. For this reason, they have been used in the past and have started to move towards Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, which aim to prevent the malfunctions that may occur in the equipment from being removed from the maintenance activities before they are repaired. TPM is an understanding of zero failure and zero loss through the efficient use of all machines and equipment that are provided for production and service in the framework of Total Quality Management philosophy. In this thesis study, it is aimed to increase the efficiency and productivity by TPM application which is made in a steel pipe company chosen as pilot line. For this application, OEE analysis method is used. In addition, a follow-up system was established to calculate OEE values. Improvement studies have been carried out to reduce downtime.
