Companies have been changing their machinery and equipments due to technological developments However the mechanical efficiency despite the ever evolving technology has not increased too much businesses to operate without malfunction of machinery and equipments and increase process efficiency in this manner is becoming more important In this context maintenance of machines methods to improve maintenance to develop fault finding techniques and to shorten downtimes are becoming extremely important Developing these methods many parameters should be optimized like cost efficiency downtimes etc Whilst optimizing parameters businesses are working on system and machine reliability models to avoid unexpected malfunctions and keep machines without failure to protect technical specifications Despite infrastructure of reliability system setting is difficult and expensive reliability systems will ensure reliable processing over long term In this study preventive maintenance implementation based on reliability analyses is done A sample system; a production line and sub part of this system product machine equipments reliability is calculated utilizing frequency of malfunctions and for a given reliability coefficient optimum maintenance time for equipments is figured out and also maintenance model is estimated based on maintenance cost applications are carried out Keywords : Maintenance Reliability Models Reliability Function of Weibull Model Preventive Maintenance
