The purpose of this study is to analyze the graduate programs in Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics (EASPE) in terms of the courses taught, and the key words in the theses. A quantitative description of the courses taught in 25 master's, and 13 doctoral programs in EASPE is presented and the number of master's and doctoral theses completed from 1985 to 2006 is given with their distribution per year and comparative frequencies of the keywords. Data were obtained through a review of documents from Student Selection and Placement Center, Board of Higher Education Theses Center, the websites of EASPE programs. The analysis showed that there are 272 courses in master's programs, and 170 in doctoral programs with distinct titles. Two master's courses taught with the highest frequency (n=10) were ‘Educational Statistics' and ‘Human Resources Management' courses. As for 13 doctorate programs, ‘Comparative Educational Administration' is the most commonly taught course (n =5). 1113 theses were completed between 1985 and 2006, 909 as master's and 204 doctoral theses. While the frequency of the master's theses was the highest in 2005, that of the doctoral theses was the highest in 2002. The analysis of 3559 keywords recorded in 1113 theses in the field of EASPE revealed 864 distinct terms. ‘Educational management' was the most repeated term (180), ‘teachers' was the next (174), followed by ‘school managers' (160) and ‘primary schools (130)
