Purpose of this research was to determine, according to the perceptions of primary school teachers who work in the state primary schools, whether the administrators who work in the primary schools of the Ministry of Education commit favoritism on their applications or not. The sampling of this research, where a general screening model was used, consisted of 362 teachers who work in 21 different state primary schools in the municipal borders of the city of Van. The research data had been established by using “Scale about Favoritism at School Administration” which was developed by Erdem and Meriç (2011). In the analyzing process of datum, through the SPSS statistics pack program, descriptive statistical techniques such as percentage, frequency, arithmetic average and standard deviation had been used. In the research the following conclusions had been obtained: According to the perceptions of the teachers who work in the primary schools thought that the school administrators seldom had committed favoritism on their applications. The number of the female teachers who thought that the school administrators had committed favoritism on their applications was more than the number of the male teachers. There was no significant differences between perceptions of the teachers about whether the school administrators had committed favoritism or not on their applications based on individual discipline, the way of employment, being a member of a vocational organization or not and term of employment. However, according to the teachers, as the number of the teachers rose in the school, the administrators commit favoritism more on their applications. The teachers thought that the school administrators had seldom committed favoritism on their applications such as planning, organizing, coordination and evaluation.
