So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

After Timur's (1370-1405) invasion of Azerbaijan and Anatolia the Ottoman fell into interregnum period and Azerbaijan was under the control of Timurs. After this a new period in relations between these two Turkic regions started. Although Turkic people were living in different geographic regions they were able to build relations by the help of religious sects. In the second half of the fifteenth century, the mass migrationsdue to either the increas in gpropagande of Safavids in Anatolia or reconstructuring in the Ottoman Empire played a significant role in forming the socio-cultural relations between the Ottoman and Azerbaijan. In this period, many Turkmen tribes from the Black Sea region also moved to Azerbaijan. In the beginning of the sixteenth century the mutual migration events took place with the establishment of Safavid Empire. At the result, the Anatolian Kizylbash Turkmens that subjected to Shah Ismayil stayed in Safavids and the Sunni Azeri Turks had to take shelter in the Ottoman. The other issue that played an important role in socio-cultural relationships between the Ottoman and Azerbaijan is the attraction of Azerbaijanis cholarsto the Ottoman Empire. This process was completed with movement of many scholars and art men to Azerbaijan for getting an education and later returning back to the Ottoman for serving the Empire. In this regard, it was revealed that many sufis, poets, doctors, mathematicians, penmen, architects, scholars, and philosophers of the Black Sea region played an important role in socio-cultural relations between the Ottoman and Azerbaijan in the fifteenth century and second half of the sixteenth century.
