Abstract:

  Erzincan, placed in upper part of Euprates ise one of the stracegic sports of the region. Erzincan subprovince, which remained dependent upon Erzurum Province in Ottoman period was divided into two separete administrative part. At the beginnig of the XIX. thcentury, Erzincan had considerably vast area. Setlement place are city and village, farmyards( chiftliks) and the places called subvillages. In 1835, total male population of all district 15857.
