Since organizational culture is considered as one of the important factors for organizational effectiveness, cultural leadership has emerged in the field of leadership principals as cultural leader should both analyse the values present in the school culture and protect them for the benefits of the society. The purpose of this paper is to determine the realization level of cultural leadership. Behaviours of principals through the perceptions of principals and teachers. The related questionnaire was administered to 58 principals and 200 teachers. According to the results of the study while principals found themselves competent enough to realize the cultural leadership behaviours, teachers did not find principals competent enough for cultural leadership.
