So many results that aren't mine?

ABSTRACT The aim was to find school songs, folk songs and nursery rhymes suitable for the effective education of 6-12 years old beginner violin students tought by using school songs, folk songs and nursery rhymes. A further objective of this study was to introduce the music culture of the society and provide ideas to different age groups, different understandings. This study was limited by the sound boundaries of children of 6-12 years of age, the pieces available for beginners' education on three strings, and what children of this age can perceive and evaluate. As a result of this research using a descriptive search model, 83 music pieces were found. These pieces were investigated one by one according to the strings and finger-position. For one string play, 17 school songs, 13 folk songs, 6 nursery rhymes, that is a total of 36 pieces were found. These one-string pieces could be adapted for play on different strings according to the needs of the violin teacher. For two strings, 25 school songs, 6 folk songs, 1 nursery rhyme, that is a total of 32 pieces were found. For three strings, 13 school songs and 2 folk songs were found whereas nursery rhymes playable on three strings were not found at all.
