The purpose of this study, teachers' views of compulsory education in Turkey is to being implemented. In addition, this study of the historical context for compulsory education in Turkey from April 3 1920, according to studies conducted within the scope of the research, interview form of the preservice teachers were administered open-ended questions. The study used qualitative methods. Student views of two working papers, the six-item structured interview form was determined. Subjected to content analysis and data forms are collected and presented in tables created tables. History of research and education agenda taken an important place and is still providing its because of the different perspectives it is important for compulsory education. According to research findings, 70% of student teachers with regard to compulsory or voluntary socio-cultural barriers due to students leaving compulsory education should be denied the right to have expressed. Teacher candidates 60% of the student by a qualified individual, as a conscious and to train the next generation 12-year compulsory education will be possible to raise the education level of society. Community education about the effect of raising the standard of compulsory education, 70% of teacher candidates to increase the quality of life in society, for reasons such as compulsory education, the spread of the democratic way of raising educational standards stated.
