This research concerned with the problems of teaching Arabic to students in Turkish universities, and gives a new vision for teaching (reading comprehen-sion) (spelling and construction) (Grammar) (listening and speaking) in the Arabic language. It is also the result of work in the teaching of the Arabic lan-guage for students of the Faculty of Theology at one of the universities in Tur-key. This study is very important because it gives solutions to many of the prob-lems of teaching the Arabic language in Turkey. The results were that I reached important, I've logged observations, I concluded that the best way to teach language skills to students, I explained the method of teaching the Arabic lan-guage depending on the approach to integration, I also mentioned examples of the use of technology in teaching Arabic to foreigners. I talked about the im-portance of psychological motives in teaching Arabic language, and parental relationship between teacher and student in language lessons conversation, and I found that that speaking and writing are the most important skills that a student should know in the Arabic language.
