Developments in information and communication technologies affect education with regard to gain the necessary skills for individuals living in technological environment, train manpower having the quality that technological environment requires and benefit from the opportunities of technology. Using more technology in education is thought to increase educational opportunities and quality, contribute to learning by doing and living addressing more senses in teaching-learning process by some researchers. Although there is a discussion about the need for a qualified ICT for teaching in schools, one of the biggest factors for efficient use of these tools and the success of education is believed to be the production of qualified e-content. The purpose of this study is to develop e-assessment materials for secondary school programs and to evaluate these materials according to the views of teachers and students. In the research, for basic courses for the fifth grade students (Turkish, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Religion and Ethics, English) e-assessment materials have been developed. The study has been carried out with 20 teachers and 466 students from two secondary schools in Eskisehir in the academic year 2012-2013. The research is a special case study and the data have been collected from teachers and students by material evaluation form. For analysis of quantitative data the frequency and percentage, for analysis of qualitative data descriptive analysis method have been used. According to the data obtained; most of the teachers have expressed that e-assessment materials support learning of issues, increase students' interest and motivation and contribute positively to their success. However, in line with the findings, it is concluded that e-assessment materials should be enriched with different types of exercises, educational games and audio-visual items.
