Bu çalışma, Türkçe Eğitimi’nde yapılan lisansüstü çalışmaların hangi konulara yönelim gösterdiğini tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, 2011-2015 yıllarında Türkçe Eğitimi alanında yapılan lisansüstü tezler; yılı, türü, enstitüsü, üniversitesi, hedef kitlesi ve konusuna göre incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma yöntem ve tekniklerinden doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Lisansüstü Tez Sınıflama Formu ile toplanmıştır. Bulgulara göre, 2011-2015 yıllarında yapılan tezlerin %81,3’ü yüksek lisans, %18,5’i doktora tezleridir. 2011-2015 yıllarında,fazla tez eğitim bilimleri (%67,8) ve sosyal bilimler (%27,8) enstitüsünde yazılmıştır. En fazla tez Gazi, Atatürk, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart, Dokuz Eylül ve Ankara üniversitelerinde yapılmıştır. 2011-2015 yıllarındaçok tez ortaokul öğrencileri (%31,5) ve yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenenlerle (%11,3) gerçekleştirilmiştir. En çok tez yapılan konuları öğretim strateji, yöntem ve teknik (%20,1), okuma eğitimi (%17,5), yazma eğitimi (%13,6), ders kitapları (%13,2) ve yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi (%11,3) oluşturmuştur.
