Bu çalışma yaşlıların yaşadığı çevreden memnuniyet düzeyini belirlemeye yönelik “yerinde yaşlanma ölçeği” geliştirme amacına dönüktür. Veriler Türkiye’nin yedi bölgesinde kırsal ve kentsel kesimde yaşayan toplam 189 (115 kadın ve 74 erkek) yaşlı bireyden toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan yerinde yaşlanmayı ölçtüğü varsayılan 62 maddelik bir ölçme aracı ile toplanmıştır. Bir dizi analiz sonucunda 15 maddeden oluşan üç faktörlü bir ölçme aracı elde edilmiştir. Faktör analizi uygulamasında verilerin yorumlanması için varimax eksen döndürme tekniği uygulanmıştır. 15 maddeden oluşan ölçme aracında birinci faktör için 7,281, ikinci faktör için 1,851 ve üçüncü faktör için 1,759 eigen değerleri elde edilmiştir. Maddelerin tüm ölçek içindeki varyansı birinci faktör için % 23.66, ikinci faktör için % 20.65 ve üçüncü faktör için % 18.19 olmak üzere toplam % 62.50 açıklayıcılık düzeyine ulaşmıştır. Üç faktörlü yapının itemlerinin faktör yükleri .50’nin üstündedir. Daha sonra LISREL paket programı ile, ölçeğin uygun bir yapı olup olmadığını belirlemek için doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. X2=(87, N=189)138.37, RMSEA=.056, SRMR=.052, CFI=.98, NNFI =.98 ve GFI=.91 CI= .038-.073 ile mükemmel ve iyi düzeyde uyum değerlerine ulaşmıştır. Elde edilen 15 maddeli ölçeğin güvenirliği için hesaplanan cronbach alfa katsayısı faktör bir için .85, faktör iki için .84 ve faktör üç için .85 ve tüm ölçek için .90 olarak elde edilmiştir. Sonuçta, yaşlı bireylerin uzun süredir yaşadıkları çevreden memnuniyet düzeyini ölçmek amacıyla, güvenilirlik ve geçerliği yüksek bir “Yerinde Yaşlanma Ölçeği” geliştirilmiştir.
This study is aimed at developing the "place ageing scale" to determine the level of satisfaction of the environment in which the elderly live. The data were collected from a total of 189 (115 women and 74 men) elderly individuals living in rural and urban areas in seven regions of Turkey. The data of the study was collected with a default 62 material measurement tool where the ageing was measured at the site created by the researchers. A series of analyses resulted in a three-factor measurement tool consisting of 15 substances. In the application of factor analysis, varimax axis reversion technique has been applied for the interpretation of data. The measurement instrument consisting of 15 items has obtained 7,281 own values for the first factor, 1,851 for the second factor and 1,759 for the third factor. The variation in the entire scale of substances reached a total explanation level of 62.50 per cent for the first factor, 23.6 per cent for the second factor, 20.65 per cent for the second factor and 18.19 per cent for the third factor. Factor loads of the three-factor structure items are above .50. Then with the LISREL package program, a verifying factor analysis was carried out to determine whether the scale is a suitable structure. With X2=(87, N=189)138.37, RMSEA=.056, SRMR=.052, CFI=.98, NNFI=.98 and GFI=.91 CI= .038-.073, it has achieved perfect and good level of compatibility. The chronbach alpha ratio calculated for the reliability of the obtained 15 matters scale was obtained as .85 for the factor one, .84 for the factor two and .85 for the factor three and .90 for the entire scale. After all, in order to measure the level of satisfaction of older individuals with the environment they have lived for a long time, a high reliability and validity "place ageing scale" has been developed.
