Abstract:

In today’s world, poverty is not a problem for only under-developed or developing countries, but also a problem for developed ones. Several groups of the society encounter the risk of the poverty in different degrees. The risk of encountering poverty and its negative effects is higher for children than adults. The basic needs like nutrition, health and education can not be provided due to the negative effects of growing in poverty. Usually, the poverty in the period of childhood, results in poverty in adulthood. In this study, the reasons of child poverty, the effects on children and solution ways are going to be examined.
