Özet:

Poverty is seen in both developed and deveIloping countries. For this reason, the World Bank, the United Nations, international organizations such as the various studies have made on this issue. Poverty is the most deeply felt the children segment. Child development is hindered due to poverty. People living in poverty during childhood increase the risk of poverty in the future. It is a vicious circle. The poverty is transferred to future generations. Poor families see children as a source of income and insurance. For this purpose, they prefer a large of children. Working children are offered as a solution in the short term. However, it creates big problems for the next period. Discrimination is made among the children. Have not received education for girls, the poor face more risk. Therefore, a multidimensional child poverty should be examined. In this study, Problems for Turkey has been demonstrated and a variety of solutions proposed.
