Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okulu müdürlerinin çatışmaları çözümleme stratejilerim, kendileri ve yakın görev ilişkisi bulunan öğretmen ve denetmen algılarına göre saptamaktır. Araştırma bulguları, öğretmen ve denetmen algılarının, okul müdürlerinin çatışmaları çözümlerken öncelikle, ikna etme ve anlaşma stratejilerini uyguladıklarını, öğretmen beklentilerin in destekleme,denetmen beklentilerinin ise anlaşma stratejileri yönünde olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.
