Abstract:

Kooperatifçilik, uzun tarihi geçmişi içerisinde gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerde lokomatif olarak itici bir güç olmuştur. Ülkelerin ekonomik kalkınmasında, yardımlaşma ve dayanışmaya dayalı bir sistem olan kooperatifçilik, çeşitli sahalarda organize edilen bir yapıdadır. Bu sahalardan biri de gıda sektörüdür. Ülkelerin kültürlerini, kimliklerini yansıtan, iç turizm ve dış turizm hareketinde etkili bir faktör olan coğrafi işaretli ürünlerin kooperatifçilik sistemi içerisinde değerlendirilmesi durumunda hem yetiştiriciliğini yapan halk, hem de satın alacak olan tüketiciler ekonomik avantajlar elde edebileceklerdir. Yapılan literatür taraması sonucunda coğrafi işaretli ürünlerin birincil problemini denetimin oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı coğrafi işaretli ürünlerin kooperatifçilik sistemi içerisinde değerlendirilmesinde denetim problemine ilişkin bir model ortaya konulmasıdır. Bu doğrultuda coğrafi işaretlerin denetimi hususunda kooperatifçilik sisteminin oluşturmuş olduğu ikili iç ve dış denetim sisteminden faydalanılabilir.

Abstract:

Cooperativism has been a locomatically driving force in developed and developing countries over its long history. Co-operativism, a system based on assistance and solidarity in the economic development of countries, is in a structure organized in various fields. One of these fields is the food industry. If geographically marked products, which reflect the cultures and identities of the countries, are an effective factor in the domestic tourism and foreign tourism movement, are assessed within the cooperative system, both the people who cultivate and the consumers who are going to buy will be able to gain economic benefits. The literary scan resulted in the detection that the primary problem of geographically marked products was the inspection. The aim of this study is to identify a model of the control problem in the assessment of geographically marked products within the cooperative system. In this regard, the control of geographical signs can be benefited from the dual internal and external control system created by the co-operative system.
