İlkokul Öğretmenleri lehine anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaştığı bulunmuştur. Söz konusu değişkenlerde diğer alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir fark bulunamadığı gibi, mesleki kıdemlerine ve görev yaptıkları okulların sosyoekonomik düzeylerine Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerinin mülteci öğrencilere yönelik tutumlarını incelemektir. Bu amaçla Sivas ilinde görev yapan öğretmenlere Sağlam ve Kanbur (2017) tarafından geliştirilen, üç alt boyuttan oluşan 24 maddelik Mülteci Öğrenci Tutum Ölçeği (MÖTÖ) uygulanmıştır. Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı .91 olan ölçeğin alt boyutları "iletişim", "uyum", "yeterlik"tir. Ölçek, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Sivas İlinde görev yapan 62’si kadın (%54), 52’si erkek (%46) olmak üzere toplam 114 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde kullanılacak testlerin belirlenmesinde Kolmogorov-Smirnov ve Shapiro Wilk normallik dağılımlarından yararlanılmış, ortalamaları karşılaştırılacak grupların iki ya da ikiden fazla olmasına göre bazı karşılaştırmalar için t- testi ve Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA), bazı karşılaştırmalarda da Mann Whitmey U ya da Kruskall Wallis testleri kullanılmıştır. Karşılaştırmalar değişkenlere göre ölçeğin her bir alt boyutu ve ölçeğin tamamı için yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin ölçeğin her bir alt boyutunda ve tamamında olumlu tutuma sahip oldukları, mülteci öğrencilere yönelik tutumlarının cinsiyetlerine göre “uyum” alt boyutunda ve ölçeğin toplamında erkek öğretmenler lehine; mesleki branşa göre; “uyum ve yeterlik” alt boyutlarında ve ölçeğin toplamında sınıf öğretmenleri lehinde, görev yaptıkları okulların düzeylerine göre “uyum ve yeterlik” alt boyutları ve ölçeğin toplamında İlkokul Öğretmenleri ile Ortaokul Öğretmenleri arasında göre de öğretmenlerin mülteci öğrencilere yönelik tutumlarında alt boyutlarda ve ölçeğin tamamında anlamlı bir farklılaşma bulunamamıştır.
Primary school teachers were significantly different. For this purpose, the teachers who work in the province of Sivas have been implemented the 24 material Refugee Student Attitude Scale (MÖTÖ) developed by Sağlam and Kanbur (2017), consisting of three subdimensions. The subdimensions of the scale with the Cronbach Alpha reliability ratio .91 are "communication", "compatibility", "capacity". For the determination of the tests to be used in the analysis of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro Wilk used the normal distribution, the t-test for some comparisons and the One Direction Varyans Analysis (ANOVA) as the average of two or more compared groups, and in some comparisons the Mann Whitmey U or Kruskall Wallis tests were used. Comparisons are made for each sub-dimension of the scale and for the entire scale according to the variables. The research results that teachers have a positive attitude in every sub-dimension and in the whole of the scale, their attitudes towards refugees according to the gender "compliance" in the sub-dimension and in the total of the scale in favor of male teachers; according to the professional branch; in the sub-dimension and in the total of the scale in favor of class teachers, according to the levels of the schools in which they work "compliance and qualification" in the sub-dimension and in the total of the scale between primary school teachers and secondary school teachers, and in the sub-dimension and in the total of the scale in favor of the teachers' attitudes towards refugees.
