The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of basic movement skills training programs on the development of elementary school students’ motor characteristics. The first study 4. Class, 9-10 years of age group of students from Beykoz District Beautiful Primary School students (n=29) size length 136,78±6,62 cm, body weight 36,02±9,41 kg. The experimental group, Usküdar District Chengelköy Primary School students (n=23) size length 141,87±5,66 cm, body weight 35,54±6,38 kg. The control group was formed. In this study, the program, which is the field of Basic Movement Skills in the Yellow Card Group of Physical Activity Cards (FEK), which was prepared for the "Game and Physical Events" courses to the experimental group, was implemented for 6 weeks, including 1 hour of lesson per week. Both groups were applied as the "Flamingo Balance Test", "Stoping Long Jumping Test (DUA)", "Illionis Attraction Test", "30 m Sprint Test", "Mechic Test", "Flexibility Test" as a preliminary test at the beginning of the study period and at the end as a final test. The obtained data were determined as identificative statistics and according to the Wilcoxon-marked sequence sum test result, the students also found that the DUA (p<0.05), Flexibility (p<0.05), MECIC (p<0.01) characteristics of the experiment group had a statistically significant difference between the pre- and final test points and that these characteristics developed in a positive direction, the control group students found that the flexibility (p<0.05), MECIC (p<0.01) characteristics had a statistically significant difference between the pre- and final test points and that there was a decline in these characteristics. According to the data obtained, the Basic Movement Skills Applications of the Game and Physical Activities Course 4. Class group has been assessed that primary school students can be especially influential on strength and flexibility development.
