Bu çalışmanın amacı, yeni TTK'nın öngördüğü kurumsal hayat ışığında kurumsallaşmanın firma performansı üzerindeki etkisini analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Konya ilindeki 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otel işletmelerinde çalışan 204 orta ve üst kademe yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; kurumsallaşmanın firma performansı üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kurumsallaşmanın alt boyutlarından profesyonelliğin finansal performans üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu, ancak kurumsallaşmanın tutarlılık ve şeffaflık boyutlarının finansal performans üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı ortaya konulmuştur. Kurumsallaşmanın profesyonellik ve şeffaflık boyutlarının finansal olmayan performans üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu, tutarlılık boyutunun ise finansal olmayan performans üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı saptanmıştır.
The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of corporationalization on the performance of the company in the light of the new TTK’s corporate life. The study is a sample of 204 middle and high-level managers working in 4 and 5 star hotel enterprises in the province of Konya. Regression analysis finds that corporationalization has a positive and meaningful impact on the company’s performance. It has been found that professionalism has a positive and meaningful impact on financial performance from the underdimensions of corporationalization, but the dimensions of consistency and transparency of corporationalization have no significant impact on financial performance. It has been found that the dimensions of professionalism and transparency have a positive and meaningful impact on non-financial performance, while the dimensions of consistency have no meaningful impact on non-financial performance.
