Çalışmanın amacı, günümüze kadar yapılmış olan Uluslararası Müzik ve Dans Kongresini farklı kategorilerde inceleyerek durum tespit çalışması yapmaktır. Bu şekilde ilk günden bugüne kadar geçen süreçte kongrenin seyrini ortaya koymaktır. Bu araştırmada 2015-2019 yılları arasında yapılmış olan Uluslararası Müzik ve Dans Kongrelerinde sunulmuş dans bildirileri örneklem olarak alınmıştır. Toplamda 108 bildirinin içerik analizi yapılarak incelenmiştir. Sunulan tüm bildirilere Uluslararası Müzik ve Dans Kongresi bildiri özet kitaplarından ulaşılmıştır. Bildiri özetleri cinsiyet, ülke, araştırmacı sayısı, araştırmacıların görev yaptıkları kurumlar, yöntem ve araştırma kategorileri ana başlıkları altında sınıflandırılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda kongreye erkek araştırmacıların (%56,82) daha fazla katılım sağladıkları kongreye katılım oranının Türkiye’den (%81,97) daha fazla olduğu bildirilerde tek yazarlı araştırmaların (%62,96) daha fazla olduğu en fazla farklı kurumdan kongreye katılımın 2015 (%25,32) yılına ait olduğu araştırmalarda en fazla nitel araştırma yöntemin (%89,81) kullanıldığı ve en fazla araştırmanın da alan araştırması (%33,33) kategorisinde yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir.
The objective of the study is to conduct a state-of-the-art study by examining the International Music and Dance Congress, which has been held to date in different categories. This is the way to show up the congress from the first day to the present day. This study is a sample of the dance statements presented at the International Music and Dance Congress, which took place between 2015-2019. A total of 108 reports have been analyzed. All of the presented reports are received from the International Music and Dance Congress's report summary books. Statement summaries are classified under the main titles of gender, country, number of researchers, institutions in which the researchers work, methods and research categories. According to the study, the participation of male researchers (56.82) in the congress was increased; the participation rate in the congress was greater than in Turkey (81.97); the number of single-writer research in the reports was greater (62.96); the participation in the congress from many different institutions belonged to the year 2015 (25.32); the research was found that the research was also conducted in the field research category (33.33) with the use of high-quality research method (89.81) and the research was also conducted in the field research category (33.33)
The aim of this research is to investigate The International Music and Dance Congress in different categories. In this way, the course of the first day to this day to reveal the course of the congress. In this research, dance presentations presented at The International Music and Dance Congresses between 2015-2019 were taken as samples. A total of 108 papers were analysed by content analysis. All the papers presented were obtained from the abstract books of The International Music and Dance Congress. Abstracts were classified under gender, country, number of researchers, institutions where researchers worked, methods and research categories. As a result of the research; male researchers (56.82%) participated more in the congress; congress participation rate of Turkey (81.97%) was higher; single-authored studies (62.96%) were higher in the reports; the attendance of the congress from the most different institutions belongs to 2015 (25.32%); it was found that the most qualitative research method (89.81%) was used in the researches and the most research was done in the field research (33.33%) category.
