Bu çalışmada; Tekirdağ ili, Saray İlçesi’nde yer alan kırsal yerleşimlerin kalkınmasına yönelik turizm öncelikli stratejilerin geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu kapsamda; "Kırsal yerleşimlerin kalkınmaya yönelik problem, potansiyel ve kısıtlayıcıları nelerdir? ve "Turizm öncelikli kırsal kalkınma nasıl olmalıdır?" sorularına yanıt aranmıştır. Çalışma, amaç ve kapsamı çerçevesinde dört temel adımdan oluşan akış çerçevesinde şekillenmiştir. Öncelikle, Tekirdağ İli Saray İlçesi'nde yer alan 8 adet yerleşimin (biçimlenişinde etkili olan doğal (eğim, bitki örtüsü, toprak yapısı, jeolojik yapı) ve sosyo-kültürel etkenlere (Bahçeköy, Güngörmez, Safaalan, Edirköy, Kadıköy, Küçükyoncalı, Ayvacık, Kavacık) yerleşimin fiziki yapısı, etnik köken, yerleşim biçimi, folklorik değerler, ekonomik yapı, yapı-işlev durumu) ilişkin mevcut durum saptanmıştır. Sonrasında her bir yerleşime ilişkin sorun, potansiyel ve olanaklar Swot analizi çerçevesinde ortaya konmuştur. Elde edilen tüm bulgular çerçevesinde; üst ölçekli planlarla uyumlu ekoturizm öncelikli kırsal kalkınma odaklı 6 temel strateji geliştirilmiştir. Her bir stratejiye yönelik amaç, stratejilerin uygulanmasına yönelik eylemler, sorumlu kişi ve kuruluşlar ile gerçekleştirilmesi ön görülen zaman ayrıntılı bir biçimde belirtilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, kırsal yerleşimlerin mekansal, sosyal ve ekonomik anlamda gelişimine destek olabilecek ve yerel yönetimler ile diğer araştırmacılara da katkı sağlayacaktır.
In this study; Tekirdağ is aimed at developing tourism priority strategies for the development of rural settlements located in the Palace District. In this context: "What are the problems, potential and limitations of rural settlements for development? And "How should tourism be the priority of rural development?" Asked for answers to questions. The work, purpose and scope are formed in a flow framework consisting of four basic steps. First of all, the current situation of the 8 settlements located in Tekirdağ Illi Palace District (natural (crop, plant cover, land structure, geological structure) and socio-cultural factors (Bahçeköy, Güngörmez, Safaalan, Edirköy, Kadıköy, Küçükyoncalı, Ayvacık, Kavacık) of the settlements, ethnic origin, settlements form, folkloric values, economic structure, structure-function status) has been determined. Then the problem, potential and possibilities related to each settlement were revealed in the framework of Swot analysis. Within the framework of all the findings obtained; 6 core strategies focused on rural development priority ecoturism in line with high-scale plans have been developed. The objectives of each strategy are detailed, the actions aimed at the implementation of the strategies, with the responsible persons and organizations to be implemented in the time predicted. The results obtained will be able to support the development of rural settlements in the spatial, social and economic sense and will also contribute to local governments and other researchers.
In this study, it is aimed to develop tourism priority strategies for the development of rural settlements in Saray District of Tekirdağ province. In this context, answers to the questions of "What are the problems, potentials and constraints of rural settlements for development?" and "What should be tourism priority rural development?" were sought. The general framework of the study consists of four basic steps in line with the purpose and scope of the study. First of all, the current situation of natural (slope, vegetation, soil structure, geological structure) and sociocultural factors (physical structure of the settlement, ethnicity, settlement style, folkloric values, economic structure, structure-function status) affecting the shaping of 8 settlements (Bahçeköy, Güngörmez, Safaalan, Edirköy, Kadıköy, Küçükyoncalı, Ayvacık, Kavacık) in Saray District of Tekirdağ Province has been determined. Secondly, the problems, potentials and possibilities for each settlement were revealed by the Swot analysis.6 basic strategies focused on ecotourism priority rural development, which are compatible with upper scale plans, have been developed within the framework of all findings.The purpose, the actions for the implementation of the strategies, the responsible people and organizations and the time to be realized are specified in detailfor each strategy.The results obtained can support the development of rural settlements in spatial, social and economic terms and will contribute to local administrations and other researchers.
