Abstract:

In modern education, the service area for the factors that remain outside the management and teaching services in the school but affect the student’s success is named student personality services. The main objective in student personality services is to ensure that the student profits as much as possible of the school. The success of schools in the modern educational system is possible by working in cooperation and coordination of teaching, management and student personality services. The general purpose of the research is to pay attention to the need for psychological advice and guidance in educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan. This general objective is aimed at identifying problems in schools on the basis of students’ assessments. The frequency and severity of the problems to be detected is expected to emphasize the lack of guidance services in schools. In the study, a visual scan method was used for the purpose of detecting the situation. According to this method, 499 students who are between the ages of 12-17 and who are studying between the 7th and 11th classes have been applied problem scanning inventory and identified problems have been studied by classification. At the end of the study, school and class issues and personality related problems and occupational-future concern problems were often observed problems. Health and nutrition issues and problems with the home and family have been observed. The problems that occurred have been shown to vary significantly according to students’ gender, age and class level. The findings were discussed and the suggestions were developed. The Keywords:
