Ülkemizde Sağlık Bakanlığı teşkilat yapısı, merkezi teşkilat (Sağlık Bakanlığı) ve taşra teşkilatı (İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü ve İlçe Sağlık Örgütleri) olmak üzere iki grupta ele alınmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında, Sağlık Bakanlığı merkez teşkilat yapısında yaşanan değişimlerin dönemler halinde incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma ikincil veri kaynakları kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Sağlık Bakanlığı teşkilat yapısına yönelik düzenlemeler beş dönem olarak ele alınmıştır. Dönemler halinde ele alınan Bakanlık merkez teşkilat yapısı 181 sayılı KHK’dan sonra 2011 yılında 663 sayılı KHK ile değiştirilmiş, fakat 2017 yılında 694 sayılı KHK ile birlikte eski teşkilat yapısına dönüş yapılmıştır. Teşkilat yapısındaki bu değişiklik üzerinden uzun zaman geçmeden 2018 yılında çıkarılan 703 sayılı KHK ile yeni teşkilat yapısı oluşturulmuştur.
In our country, the Ministry of Health is dealt with in two groups: the organization structure, the central organization (Ministry of Health) and the tachra organization (Ministry of Health and Primary Health Organizations). In the framework of the study, the Ministry of Health is intended to examine the changes in the structure of the central body in periods. The study is prepared using secondary data sources. The Ministry of Health has been discussing the structure of the body for five periods. The ministry's central agency structure, which was addressed in periods, was changed in 2011 after the 181 KHK with the 663 KHK, but in 2017 it was returned to the former agency structure with the 694 KHK. The new organization structure has been created with the 703 KHK, which was removed in 2018 long before this change in the organization structure.
