Bu çalışmanın temel amacı birer 21. yüzyıl öğreneni ve aynı zamanda geleceğin, bir başka ifade ile 21. yüzyılın çalışanları olacak öğrencilerimizin 21. yüzyıl öğrenen becerileri kullanım düzeylerinin ve bu düzeylerin çeşitli değişkenlere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının belirlenmesidir. Bu çalışma, nicel araştırma yaklaşımları çerçevesinde tekil tarama ve nedensel karşılaştırma araştırmasının birlikte işe koşulmasıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Karaman il merkezinde bulunan çeşitli liselerde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrenciler, araştırmanın katılımcıları olmuşlardır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistik teknikler ve tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, öğrenciler 21. yüzyıl öğrenen becerilerini ve dört alt boyutuna (bilişsel beceriler, otonom beceriler, iş birliği ve esneklik becerileri ve yenilikçilik becerileri) ilişkin becerileri, orta düzeyin üzerinde kullanmaktadırlar. Bununla birlikte öğrencilerin 21. yüzyıl öğrenen becerileri kullanımlarının, sınıf düzeylerine ve eğitim hedeflerine göre anlamlı şekilde farklılaştığı görülmüştür.

However, it has been seen that students' use of the 21st century learning skills has varied significantly according to their class levels and their educational goals.
The research within the main purpose that to determine the level of 21st century learner skills use of high school students who will be the employees of the 21st century in other words will be the employees of the future is seen as important in terms of research and application. The study was carried out by combining single survey model and causal comparison research model within the framework of quantitative research approaches. Students attending various high schools in Karaman city center were the participants of the study. Descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. According to research findings, high school students use 21st century learner skills and its four sub-dimensions (cognitive skills, autonomous skills, collaboration and flexibility, innovativeness skills), above mid-level. In addition to this, it was observed that the use of 21st century learner skills of the students differed significantly according to their grade levels and their training goals.
