So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Nowadays; the concept of globalization arose with the formation of new competitive markets, shortening of the decision making process, evolving of the consumer’s habits and the transition to the informative society caused to the companies being initiative units by having competitive advantage against their rivals. In this study, it is examined that how the strategic partnership between internal auditing and human resources management concepts influence the business’s competitive advantage besides the giving information in general interested with internal auditing and human resources management
