Abstract:

Bu çalışmada; BIST’da işlem gören, Demir Çelik Metal Ana Sanayi sektöründeki 14 firmanın 2009-2011 yıllarına ait finansal performansları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Performans analizi, firmaların mali tablolarından elde edilen finansal göstergeleri kullanılarak Veri Zarflama Analizi yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. VZA’ye göre nisbi etkinlik düzeyleri belirlenen firmaları kendi aralarında sıralamak için VZA Süper Etkinlik ve TOPSIS yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Bu farklı yöntemlerle elde edilen bulgular karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır
