Abstract:

Employment provides benefits to meet their individual needs, such as time-efficient assessment, socialization, contribution to society.  To maintain the sustainability of the economy in a living or dynamic way, the employment of every person with disabilities and disabilities must be provided. Thus, when the necessary support is provided to disabled individuals, disabled individuals will be able to contribute to the economy in both the public and private sectors in a comfortable and effective way. In this study, the data of the Turkish Business Institute (İŞKUR) were taken into account and the performance assessment of disabled employment in Turkey was made on the basis of years. In the framework of this assessment, the methods of Multi-Critical Decision Making (CKKV) use the Grey Relationship Analysis and the MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) to investigate in which years disabled people were more employed in Turkey. In the study, the 2009-2017 years were taken as an alternative performance assessment. As a result of the evaluation, Grey Relational Analysis method ranked the first three in 2012, 2017 and 2014, while the first three in the MAUT method ranked the 2012, 2014 and 2013 years. On the other hand, the two methods are based on 2010.
