Abstract:

Today, as a result of globalization, need to have high quality and low cost in a competitive environment to maintain their assets. The quality costs, as it is known, are the sum of the costs that suffer to catch the quality. The wrong products produced in the same way charge additional costs to the operation. Companies will be able to produce high-quality goods and services by reducing their total quality costs during the process by taking advantage of the relationships between the elements that make these costs. In this study, the data of an enterprise that applies the quality cost system in the manufacturing industry will be examined by the ratioes within the total quality cost of the cost components in the manufacturing process. Also, the appropriate model will be predicted by dealing with the model trial based on a predictive cause-effect relationship.
