İşgörenlerin örgütsel uyumu tüm örgütler için çok önemli bir konudur. Örgütsel uyum genelde bireyin, çalıştığı örgütle özdeşleşmesi, ortak hedef ve değerleri paylaşması ve örgüt adına çaba harcamaya istekli olması anlamına gelir. Özellikle örgüte yeni katılan işgörenler örgüte uyum sağlamakta zorlanmaktadırlar. Son yıllarda, yeni işgörenlerin kendi uyumlarını proaktif bir şekilde etkileme yeteneklerine önem verilmektedir. Ayrıca örgüt yönetimi de bir program dahilinde işgörenin örgüte uyumunu sağlayabilir. Bu da #örgütsel sosyalizasyong süreci ile olur. Örgütsel sosyalizasyon, örgüte yeni gelen işgörenlerin, örgütün tam bir üyesi gibi hareket edebilmeleri için gereken bilgi, davranış ve tutumları kazandıkları bir süreçtir. Eğer sosyalizasyon süreci başarılı olursa yeni işgörenler iyi performans gösterirler, yüksek iş doyumları olur ve örgüt içinde kalmaya istekli olurlar. Ayrıca düşük seviyede stres belirtileri gösterirler. Yüksek örgütsel uyum ve düşük rol belirsizliği de başarılı sosyalizasyonun işaretidir. Bu çalışmada örgütsel sosyalizasyonun tanımı ve aşamaları, işgörenlerin bilgiyi elde etme yolları, başarılı bir sosyalizasyon için örgüt yönetiminin kullanabileceği taktikler, araçlar ve sosyalizasyonun sonuçları incelenmiştir.

Abstract:

The organizational harmony of workers is a very important issue for all organizations. Organizational harmony usually means that the individual is identified with the organization in which he works, sharing common goals and values and willing to work on behalf of the organization. Especially the new members of the organization are difficult to adapt to the organization. In recent years, attention has been paid to the ability of new employers to proactively influence their adaptations. In addition, the organization management can also ensure the employee's compliance with the organization within a program. This is the process of socialization. Organizational socialization is a process in which new workers in the organization acquire the knowledge, behavior and attitudes they need to act as a full member of the organization. If the process of socialization succeeds, the new employers will perform well, get high job satisfaction and be willing to stay in the organization. They also show low stress symptoms. High organizational harmony and low role uncertainty are also signs of successful socialization. This study examined the definition and stages of organizational socialization, the ways employers obtain information, the tactics, the tools and the results of socialization that organizational management can use for a successful socialization.
