Abstract:

Toplumsal yaşam düzeninin kurulması, bu düzenin sürdürülmesi ve ortaya çıkan gelişmeler ışığında, kurulan düzene yeni bir yön verilmesi yolunda çeşitli sistemler-eğitim sistemi, ekonomik sistem,^tarımsal sistem vb. - ile, sistemleri oluşturan alt sistemlerin önemli bir rolü bulunmaktadır. Bu sistemlerin başarıya ulaşması, diğer bir deyişle istenilen ürünün elde edilebilmesi için, sistemde bazı koşulların varolması "gerekmektedir. Sistemi, girdi-süreç-çıktı bağlamında düşündüğ.ümüz zaman, hammaddenin özellikleri, süreç boyutunda yapılan etkinliklerin özelliği ve ürünün sahip olduğu özellikler, ilgili sistemin nitelikleri olarak adlandırılır.
