Abstract:

It is not possible for organizations to fulfill their objectives without communicating and without being managed by these communications managers. Workers can only work in effective cooperation with a healthy communication system. Organizational commitment can be expressed in the form of identity against the organization in which the individual is within, the ability to be sacrificed for these purposes, and the intense desire to remain a member of the organization. The aim of this study in this context is to study the relationship between the elements of organizational commitment and organizational communication. In today’s competitive environment, organizations are looking for ways to keep successful employees in their hands. These employees form an important element in the hands of the organizations, the intellectual capital. It is important for the organization that workers have continued to stay in the organization for many years. In this regard, the determination of employees’ commitments to the organization and whether the sharing of information within the organization, i.e. the organizational communication, is of importance for both the organization and the employees to express themselves in a clear manner. A survey prepared for the identification of these elements in the employees and the organization's internal communication was applied to the employees in the Financial Customer Office located in Konya. In the analysis of the data obtained, the SPSS Windows program was used.
