Abstract:

Günümüzde ulusal ve uluslararası hukuk alanında pek çok yasal düzenlemeye etki eden faktör olarak karşımıza çıkan tüketicinin korunması kavramı, tarihsel olarak incelendiğinde, söz konusu kavramın çok eski çağlarda dahi yasal düzenlemelerde varlık gösterdiği görülmektedir. Ancak asıl etkisini 19. Yüzyıl Sanayi Devrimi ile gösteren bu kavramın tarihi gelişimini ve Türk Hukuku’nda Kanun Koyucu’nun harekete geçmesini sağlayan kilometre taşı olarak nitelendirebileceğimiz safhalarını ortaya koymaya çalıştık.

Abstract:

The concept of consumer protection, which is present to us today as a factor affecting many legal regulations in the field of national and international law, when historically examined, it appears that the concept of consumer protection exists in legal regulations even in the very ancient ages. The main effect is 19. With the Century Industrial Revolution we tried to reveal the historic development of this concept and the stages that we can describe as a kilometre stone that allows the Law Koyucu to move in Turkish law.
