Abstract:

During history, diplomacy has become one of the important issues of state law. In diplomatic processes, human rights diplomacy, one of the types of diplomacy that has emerged in the last century, represents the diplomatic processes that are ongoing in the human rights protection axis. This study addresses the Islamic theoretical and practical framework of the issue of human rights diplomacy by the developed states in the protection of their interests. First, the Western practice of human rights diplomacy is given, then the human rights design, the fundamental nature of international relations, the principles of property-personality and the objectives of Islamic diplomacy are assessed the possibility of human rights diplomacy in terms of the law of the Islamic states; the Islamic practice expressed in the historic process of human rights in the context of the judgment, eman and foundation concepts, the study is completed with the analysis of the morality principle of the practice that the Western states showed in the centuries later.
