Özet:

SMEs are the main source of production and employment in a country. Even if management strategies and organization structures developed for modern business administration were generated for big companies, SMEs are also benefited from these management strategies and organization structures frequently in 21st century. Thus, it is seen that human resources practices are fulfilled in lots of SMEs today. In this regard, practices about human resources management and educational planning in SMEs were investigated within the scope of this study, since in-company training issue has a huge importance in terms of all companies’ to reach into sustainable success in today’s conditions. In the study, qualitative research method was used and literature review was made on the topic. As the result of the study, comments were made on human resources management and educational planning practices carried out in SMEs, and suggestions were made on developing the education and training activities in respect of effective human resources management in SMEs.
