Kur’ân-ı Kerîm, İslâm âlemininönemli kutsal kaynağı olduğu gibi eski Türk edebiyatının da -şüphesiz-önemli kaynaklarındandır. Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in anlaşılıp beşerin hayatına tatbik edilmesinin yegâne yolu, onun hakikî manada okunmasından ve anlaşılmasından geçmektedir. Bu ilâhî kitabın okunmasının belli düzen ve kuralları vardır. Bahsedilen kurallar tecvîd ilminin ana konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Tecvîd ilmi kitaplarda genellikle mensûr olarak anlatılmıştır. Ancak klasik Türk şairleri birçok alanda olduğu gibi tecvîd alanında da manzum eserler ortaya koymuşlardır. Bu çalışmanın konusu Nâcî isim veya mahlasıyla bilinen bir şair tarafından yazıldığı tahmin edilen Manzum Risâle-i Tecvîd adlı eserdir. Eserin müellifi ve te’lîf tarihi hakkında kaynaklarda herhangi bir malûmata rastlanmamıştır. Bu çalışma giriş, eserin anlatıldığı kısım ve sonuç bölümlerinden meydana gelmiştir. Çalışmanın giriş kısmında tecvîd ilmi ve Türk edebiyatında te’lîf edilen manzum tecvîdler hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Daha sonra söz konusu eser, muhteva, dil-üslûp ve şekil özellikleri açısından incelenmiştir. Çalışmada el yazması eser okuma, inceleme ve analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.
