Kaleici, one of important Mediterranean trade centers in Seljuk period is the first settlement center of Antalya city. In this region Yivli Minaret, located in the complex referred to its name was built during Alaeddin Keykubat era in 13th century, as one of the first Islamic monuments of the city.
