The Ombudsman is a concept belonging to the public administration and it advocates and have a guardingship for citizens who suffered a vialation of their right and comptennce.from state institutions. In all continents of the world finding application in various state-level, ombudsman is also implemented in Africa. In this study, the aim is given information about Tanzania Ombudsman’s structural-institutional and functional aspects which may help to understand other ombudsman’s structure in Africa.
