Abstract:

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the academic internal motivations of pre-school teachers candidates and the levels of desirability. The research was carried out in the relational scan model. The research group forms a total of 226 teachers candidates studying in the Pre-School Education Anabolic Department of the University of Uludağ Faculty of Education in the 2017-2018 educational-educational year. The research data was collected through the Personal Information Form, the Disadvantage Scale and the Academic Internal Motivation Scale. The relationship between the academic internal motivations of the pre-school teacher candidates and the levels of disappointment is determined by the "Pearson Collapse Moments Correlation Score". It is also studied with the "Kruskal Wallis Test" whether there is a difference between the academic internal motivation and desirability levels of pre-school teacher candidates according to their class level.  The study found that pre-school teacher candidates had a meaningful relationship in a positive direction between their academic inner motivation and their desirability levels. To be able to adapt to a changing world, it is necessary to educate individuals who are at a high level of self-leading and who love their work. This is the reason why teachers are equipped with these skills.
