Abstract:

Tuuml;rkiye sahip olduğu ouml;zguuml;n coğrafi şartları nedeniyle, youml;resel uuml;ruuml;nler bakımından oldukccedil;a zengin bir uuml;lkedir. Bu araştırmada uuml;lkemizde tanınan ve severek tuuml;ketilen Kahramanmaraş douml;vme dondurmasının il ekonomisindeki yeri ve dondurma imalatı ile perakende ticareti amacıyla yılın belli douml;nemlerinde uuml;lke bazında gerccedil;ekleşen mevsimlik gouml;ccedil;uuml;n ouml;zellikleri belirlenmiştir. Ccedil;alışmayı ortaya koymak amacıyla Kasım 2010- Nisan 2011 tarihleri arasında Kahramanmaraş şehrinde dondurma imalatı ve perakende ticareti amacıyla il dışına gitmiş olan 359 kişi ile 25 sorudan oluşan anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. In this study, the economic situation of Kahramanmaraş hand-churned ice cream which is liked and consumed in large quantities in our county and the properties of seasonal migration which occurs in certain months of the yearnbsp; for doing retail trade and ice-cream production through the countrynbsp; were presented.nbsp; To achieve this study a questionnaire method was used which consists of 359 people who wentnbsp; out of the city for retail trade and ice-cream production in Kahramanmaraş city between November 2010-April 2010 and 25 questions were asked.
