Abstract:

Ouml;ZET Tuuml;rk tarihinde vakıf muuml;essesesinin geccedil;mişi oldukccedil;a eskiye dayanmaktadır. Anadolursquo;da Osmanlı Devletirsquo;nden ouml;nceki Beylikler ve diğer Tuuml;rk devletlerinde de vakıflar tesis edilmiştir. Bunlardan biri de Oğuzların Bayındır boyuna mensup Akkoyunlularrsquo;dır. Bu ccedil;alışmada Akkoyunluların atalarından Kutlu Beyrsquo;in hayatı ve Bayburt youml;resinde tesis ettiği vakıflar incelenmiştir. Kutlu Bey, babası Tur Ali Beyrsquo;in ouml;luuml;muuml;nden sonra Akkoyunlularrsquo;ın başına geccedil;miş ve 1362ndash;1388 yılları arasında huuml;kuuml;m suuml;rmuuml;ş ve 1389 yılında vefat etmiştir. Kutlu Beyrsquo;in mezarı Bayburtrsquo;un Sinuuml;r kouml;yuuml;ndedir. Hacı Bey diye de bilinen Kutlu Bey kendi adına Sinuuml;r kouml;yuuml;nde bir cami ve zaviye, Cuuml;nceği kouml;yuuml;nde de bir zaviye yaptırmış ve masraflarının karşılanması iccedil;in Bayburt ve Erzincanrsquo;ın bazı kouml;ylerinden araziler vakfetmiştir. In Anatolia, charities used to be founded by Turkish Sultanates and principalities that existed before Ottomans. Among these are Akkkoyunlus who is a member of Bayındır branch of Oguzs. In this study, the life and the charities of Kutlu Bey who is one of the ancestors of Akkoyunlus, is analyzed. After the death of his father, Kutlu Bey come to the throne of Akkoyunlus and reigned between the years 1363 and 1388; he died in 1389. His grane is in the Sinuuml;r Village of Bayburt. Kutlu Bey, who is also known as Hacı Bey, built a mosque and dervish lodge in Sinuuml;r village, and a small dervish lodge in Cuuml;nceği village; in order to afford the expenses of these buildings he made ones some of his properties in Bayburt and Erzincan religious and he devoted them to people.
