Abstract:

Öz: Makalede kural dışı tekfirciliğin makro sosyolojik dinamikleri bir model ekseninde ele alınmaktadır. Öncelikle çağdaş kural dışı tekfircilik bütün değişkenlerin bağımlı olabildiği çoğul, fakat dengeli bir yaklaşımla kavranabilecek bir vakıadır. Hangi makro yapısal unsurun ne kadar etkili olduğu kişi ve gruplar yanında, sosyal bağlama göre de değişkenlik arz eder. İkinci olarak, tekfirciliğin temelinde bir algı ve inanma düzeyi olarak dinî yorum yatar. Bu algı ve inanma düzeyini meydana getiren yorumlama biçimi öne sürdüğümüz modelde içeriden ve dışarıdan birbirini tetikleyen faktörlerin etkisi altında şekillenir. Bu modele göre tekfirciliği açıklayan içeriden faktörler “orta yol İslâmî anlayışa karşı tekfirî selefî din yorumu”, “tekfirci fikirlerin dolaşım hatları olarak ideolojik tercüme ve telifler” ve “tekfircilerin tepki-baskı-tepki kısır döngüsü içinde otoriteyle ilişki biçimleri”dir. Bu makaleyle irtibatlı olarak ikincisinde ele alınacak dışarıdan faktörler ise “işgal ve kuşatılmışlık altında modernleşme krizi”, “siyasal bütünleşme sorunu” ve “tekfircinin sosyal bağlamı” şeklinde üçlü bir yapı olarak karşımıza çıkar. Çağdaş tekfircilik, zımnen ya da alenen tekfir salık veren tercüme ve teliflerin tesiri altında tepki-baskı-tepki karşıtlığı içinde kendi rengini bulan ideolojik bir dinî yorumdur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Çağdaş Tekfir, Tekfirî Selefî Din Yorumu, İdeolojik Tercümeler, Otorite ve Tekfircilik A Model for the Structural Elements of Contemporary Takfir Discourse-I  Abstract The article deals with the macro sociological dynamics of contemporary illegal takfir discourse in the Islamic world based on a model. First, contemporary takfir can be understood in plural but a well-balanced approach that all dynamics might be related to the takfir behavior. The effect of macro structural elements over the takfir act is not only changeable according to persons and groups, but also the social context of takfiris. Secondly, religious interpretation underlies the basis of takfir as a form of belief and perception. This form of interpretation and belief system is being taken shaped under effects of internal and external factors according to the model put forward in the article. The internal factors in the model explaining contemporary takfir consist of “takfiri salafi Islamic intrepratation opposite to Islamic orthodoksi”, “written and translated ideological publications as the circulation lines of takfiri thoughts” and “the forms of relationships of the takfiris with authority in a vicious circle of reaction-pressure-reaction”. The external factors that will be tackled in the second article of this series related to the prevailing one make up “modernizm crisis under negative effect of invasion and controls”, “problem of political integration” and the social context of takfiri persons.” Contemporary takfir finds its own position with the ideological religious interpretation under effect of takfiri books and translations. The opposition of reaction-pressure-reaction with authority also paves the way for this ideological interpretation.
