Abstract:

The pandemic period of early 2020 and bringing the education-learning-learning process around the world into a new transformation has increased the need to create learning content that will keep the interest and motivation of learning active, effective, efficient, with the support of information communication technologies that have clarified the place and importance of open and remote learning in education. With the inclusion of pre-school education in the distance learning process in Turkey, the study of the relationship between the visual reading conditions of the children of this period and the digital learning content used in teaching has gained importance. Analysis of the interest-oriented levels shown by children aged 5-6 in digital learning content is necessary to increase their success in pre-school distance learning. In the study, the impact of the six different learning contents used in the pre-school teaching process (digital books, educational cartoons, subject-telling videos, documents, interactive content, audio files) used through the Education Information Network (EBA) on the interest-oriented levels of children aged 5-6 years.
