Çalışmamızda acil servise göz yakınmaları ile başvuran hastaların demografik özellikleri araştırılmış ve bu hastaların 3. basamak hastaneye başvuru gerekliliği değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmaya 2378 hasta alındı. Hastaların demografik özellikleri, başvuru şikayetleri, sevkli veya direkt gelişleri, daha önceden tanı konmuş göz hastalığı olup olmaması, travma faktörü olup olmaması, mevcut tanıları, acil serviste aldıkları tanılar, radyolojik tetkikleri, konsültasyon istenip istenmediği, hastaneye izlem veya yatış, taburculuk sonlanma durumlarını içeren bilgiler değerlen-dirildi. Çalışmamızda yer alan hastaların %2.6 kadarı göz acili olarak başvurmuş olup, büyük çoğunluğu (%72.8) 21 ile 50 yaş arasında idi. Hastaların %87.8’i acil servise direkt başvuru biçiminde olup, %95.3’ünün tanı almış göz poliklinik takibi gereksinimi olan hastalığı bulun-mamaktaydı, %85.9’unun yakınmaları tek göz organı sınırlı olup travma oranı %71.2 olarak saptandı. En sık göz yakınması ise (%64.4) gözlerde yanma olarak tariflendi. Hastaların yalnızca %6.7’sine acilde muayene dışında ek radyolojik tetkik istenmiş olup %85.1’i konsülte edilmişti. Konsültasyon sonuçlarına göre ise %52.8’i kornea ve kornea dışı yabancı cisim tanısı almıştı. Sonuç olarak; göz hastalıkları hekimi tarafından acil cerrahi işlem açısından değerlendirilmesine gerek olmayan hastalıkların uygun eğitim ve biyomikroskop, tonometri gibi uygun ek donanım desteğiyle acil serviste yönetimi yapılarak taburculuğu sağlanabilir.
In our study, the demographic characteristics of the patients who apply for emergency services with eye climbs were examined and the need for these patients to apply to the 3rd stage hospital was assessed. There were 2378 patients involved. The demographic characteristics of patients, application complaints, transmitted or direct arrivals, whether or not they have previously diagnosed eye disease, whether or not traumatic factor, existing diagnoses, diagnoses they received in emergency service, radiological examinations, whether consultation is requested or not, surveillance or hospitalization, expulsion end-situations. About 2.6% of the patients involved in our study were eye emergency, with the vast majority (72.8) aged between 21 and 50. 87.8% of patients are in the form of direct application for emergency services, and 95% are in the form of direct application. Three diagnosed were diagnosed with the need for eye clinical tracking disease, 85.9% of them were limited to the single eye organ and the trauma rate was 71.2%. The most common (6.4 percent) of the eye clot was described as burning in the eyes. Only 6.7 percent of patients were asked for additional radiological examination, except for an urgent examination, and 85.1 percent were consulted. According to the results of the consultation, 52.8 percent were diagnosed with cornea and non-cornea foreign bodies. As a result; eye diseases are not required to be assessed by the doctor in the context of an emergency surgery, the disease can be discharge by administering in the emergency service with the appropriate training and support of adequate additional equipment such as biomicroscope, tonometry.
