2021 yılı itibariyle ücretli öğretmenlik, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı bünyesindeki örgün eğitim okullarının ve bu okullarda verilen eğitimin kuşkusuz bir gerçeğidir. Ücretli öğretmenlerin çalışmadığı bir okula rastlamak nadir bir durum haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmadaki amaç, Amasya ilinde görev yapan okul yöneticilerinin gözünden ücretli öğretmenlik kavramını incelemek, okul kültürü ve akademik başarısı üzerindeki düşüncelerini ve önerilerini tespit etmek ve bu durumun yarattığı etkileri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada olgu bilim (fenomenoloji) deseni kullanılmıştır. Azami çeşitlilik örnekleme tekniği ile oluşturulan çalışma grubu Amasya ilinde görev yapan 8 okul yöneticisinden meydana gelmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda yöneticilerin ücretli öğretmenliğe dair olumlu veya olumsuz her türden fikirleri ve önerileri tespit edilmiştir.
Starting in 2021, paid teaching is undoubtedly a fact of the daily education schools within the Ministry of National Education and the education provided in these schools. Meeting a school where paid teachers don’t work has become a rare situation. The objective of this study is to study the concept of paid teaching from the eyes of school managers in the province of Amasya, to identify their thoughts and suggestions on school culture and academic success, and to reveal the effects of this situation. In this study, the phenomenology (fenomenology) is used. The work group, created by maximum diversity sampling technique, consists of 8 school managers working in the province of Amasya. The research resulted in managers’ positive or negative ideas and recommendations about paid teaching.
As of year 2021, temporary substitute teaching (paid teaching), is an absolute reality that can not be separated from the mainstream schools and education of ministry of national education. It’s a rare occurence to come upon a school that does not employ a substitute teacher. The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept of substitute teaching from the eyes of school administrators from Amasya province, identify their thoughts and suggestions about it on school culture and academic success and determine the effects caused by it. This research was carried out by using the phenomenology design. The study group research which was created by using the maximum diversity sampling technique was consisted of 8 school principles who works in Amasya province. At the end of the study, all kinds of opinions and suggestions (positive or negative) of school principles about substitute teaching were detected.
