Abstract:

In this study, it is intended to determine what the social information course means by the student tutors. The research work group is made up of the tutors of students studying in the secondary schools located in the central district of Ankara during the spring period of the 2016-2017 educational year. The study team has been used to select the easy-to-accessed sample status methods for the purpose of the study. The research method is defined in the form of work. In the study, the data was collected with a semi-structured interview form, which was also prepared by researchers to apply to their expert opinions. The data obtained from the participants after the application was analyzed by the content analysis method. According to the study, the results of the high school social information course were evaluated on what it means for the student tutors. As a result of the content analysis conducted by action from the research data, the findings of the research were collected under three basic dimensions. The first of them is "Social Information in Thought", the second is "Social Information in the Student's Perspective" and "Social Information in the Other Courses".
