Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the relationships between the success orientations of the educational faculty students and their attitudes towards e-learning. The research was carried out according to the relational scan method. The study group of the research consists of a state university’s educational faculty students. The study used the scale of e-learning attitude as a data collection tool and the scale of 2x2 success orientations (revision form). Imaginary statistics have been used to study students’ attitudes towards e-learning. In the assessment of the views obtained from the scales, independent groups used the t test. Correlation analysis has also been conducted to determine the relationship between the scale subdimensions. There have been positive meaningful relationships between the tendencies of students to use technology and the performance approach and performance avoidance targets, positive, satisfaction low and performance avoidance targets. The relationship between students’ success orientations and e-learning attitudes has been found to be very low. In this context, the study is recommended to be repeated in different samples. Experimental and qualitative studies on the subject can be conducted that show the change of attitude towards e-learning and student success.
