The primary school period is very important in the acquisition of reading and working habits. Class libraries in primary schools in Turkey are created in accordance with Article 5 of the School libraries Regulation No. 22.8.2001/24501. In the summer, there is not enough research to discuss the creation, use and operation of libraries in primary school classes. The process of the use of class libraries is known to be organized by class teachers. In this context, the purpose of the research is to identify their views on the creation and use of class libraries by discussing class teachers who are working in primary schools. This research is a qualitative study aimed at determining the opinions of class teachers. In this context, the research is an imaginary study aimed at determining the situation and is designed on the basis of the quality research techniques. The study’s work group consists of 38 class teachers working in 8 state primary schools in Sakarya or Hendek district. In the study, 12 material semi-configured conversation forms developed by the researcher for the purpose of gathering data were used. Interviews with teachers have been analyzed. The study found that there was a class library in every class, that there were usually 50-100 books in the class library, that the books were provided in large proportion by the donation of the tutor, the purchase of teachers and the transmission of the previous class, that the books were recorded in the e-school system and the library list, that the library was effectively used by the class teachers and the responsible students, that the students were usually reading 1-2 books a week, that the library was usually behind the teacher’s table, next to or behind the orders, that the most important problem in the library use was irregularity, that the library was the most storytelling and the most storytelling and the most storytelling and the most storytelling and the most storytelling and the most storytelling and the most storytelling and the most storytelling and the most storytelling and the most

In the literature, it is seen that there is not enough research about the creation, use and operation of libraries in primary school classes. It is known that classroom teachers organize the process for the use of classroom libraries. In this context, the aim of this study is to discuss with the classroom teachers who work in primary schools and to determine their opinions about the creation and use of classroom libraries. This research is a qualitative study to determine the views of classroom teachers. In this context, the study is a descriptive study based on qualitative research techniques. The study group consisted of 38 class teachers working in 8 state primary schools in Hendek district of Sakarya province. In order to collect data, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used. Interviews with teachers were analyzed by content analysis. The content analysis of the interviews with the teachers was conducted. As a result of the research, classroom library is found in almost every class, there are usually 50-100 books in the class library; that the books are mostly provided by donation, teacher purchase and transfer from previous classrooms, where the books are recorded in the e-school system and in the library list; students usually read 1-2 books per week, the library is usually behind, behind, or behind the teacher's desk, the most important problem is the irregularity of the library, and students like to read stories and fairy tales, teachers, students to read books to understand by asking questions about the book, making a summary and telling the book.
