So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerde bulunan kişilik özellikleri ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışıarasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Örgütsel Vatandaşlık davranışıve kişilik özellikleri arasındaki ilişki; öğretmenlerde tükenmişlik ve örgütsel adalet gibi faktörler de hesaba katılarak araştırılmıştır. Örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarınıaçıklamak için regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin kişilik özellikleri ile örgütsel vatandaşlık boyutlarıarasında anlamlıilişkiler tespit edilmiştir.
